Working with women’s health is becoming an increasingly popular area whether it's from menstrual problems to fertility or menopause.
A woman will spend approximately 1/3rd of her precious life in the Menopause Transition. Finally, menopause is beginning to ‘have its moment’ as awareness is growing around what it takes to support a healthful transition, why women may not be having a positive experience and what we can do to help this new stage of life.

Having also trained in Women’s Health massage, I can provide safe ways to adapt abdominal work for clients with reproductive pathologies; how to support the sacroiliac joint and pelvis during hormonal changes and pelvis balancing; incorporate Ampuku Japanese abdominal massage done over a sheet or directly with oils; use Eastern energy techniques to balance energy and release stored emotion; include acupressure points to support women’s health and techniques for non-intrusive breast work.
