Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialised technique which involves the application of specific light techniques which helps the movement of lymph, thereby assisting in the decongestion of the lymphatic and circulatory systems.

MLD is particularly beneficial following surgery, including breast surgeries, surgeries that involve lymph node removal and to relieve joint swelling.

I have completed advanced training to enable me to work with clients with lymphoedema.
